Today Jason discusses the recent updates surrounding the Pokemon Palworld mod. As expected the creator of the mod is getting sued by Nintendo. However, he felt he thought of a work around that might work. He basically took the Pokemon and used AI to make them realistic. However, the issue is that if they continue to use the general likeness, name, etc of the pokemon series or the pokemon themselves, he will still get sued. Just making a change visually is not enough. He could however take it in the direction of parody. If he does that, then that would be a much more valid defense. What do you guys think?
