Here are some of the first 20 minutes from XCOM 2, showing off the menu/graphics settings, soldier creation via the character pool, and the tutorial missing with game intro.

XCOM 2 does have some framerates issues, perhaps moreso than the previous game. However, as a TBS, it doesn't effect much of anything. This video was recorded at 1080p 60fps.
