Instead of describing the routine about the Psionic Transmitter, I finally can explain the phrase "I exist to make you bored" because I actually remembered the meaning behind it.
This phrase means that my content is boring, and it is so boring that I can actually encourage you to look out for other YouTubers who are actually hidden gems.
When I was extremely bored with Sonic videos and I suffered in early UFO Defense periods, I found Meridian. When I had enough of TF2 videos and couldn't take them anymore, I found Aquarius199.
So this phrase is both a negative and a positive - negative in sense that it is basically an anti-marketing for my own content and positive because it rewards you for searching for lesser YouTubers who deserve all praise and who are relatively unknown.
So this is the mythology behind "I exist to make you bored".

Urist McRose always was pro-Western. Having been raised in very strict and watchful family, after being freed from their control she decided to go all out with her own freedom. She changed her name so she wouldn't be pursued by her relatives so easily to more-or-less American one.
After a decent service in the Army, where she became an officer, when the invasion broke loose, she decided to join XCOM when the government picked individuals up to the task.
When she was actually deployed on the battlefield, it became clear that her skills weren't enough. She suffered from bad tactical decisions (actually a problem on my part with misclicking). While her killcount included alien officers as well, the Floater Navigator was quick to react in order to give Urist McRose a final resting place.
She loved freedom of choice. She hated traditions.
