XCOM Enemy Unknown - S1P4 - Into The Unknown

As a bit of a spoiler, this save file is a lost cause. I do too many things wrong.
XCOM is a long-standing turn-based strategy series notorious for it's difficulty, and difficult it is. This game, while different, does very well to represent a modern version of the old XCOM games and is certainly worth a buy in my books. It's a bit buggy at the moment in a few regards (mostly camera), but given Firaxis made this I suspect those will be fixed shortly.
This is my first time -ever- playing this game and as such I have no idea what I'm doing. However, do remember that my videos are generally uploaded well after they are recorded and I have actually gotten better and figured out stuff. Haven't beat the game yet though.
This save file only has two sets of video, and then I restart.
