Okay so to get this you will need to build a cybernetics lab in order to gain access to MEC troopers. They have a free aim ability known as collateral damage which is basically a free cover destruction option and is very handy.

For this achievement simply use it to blow up a car, preferably one with enemies gathered around it like I did. This will be doable in most abductions missions so it won't be hard too earn. Sadly their are no cars on the UFO missions (none that I've seen) so don't bother trying during those operations.
