Okay so to earn this first you need to give any of your soldiers (not including Mechs) the adrenal neurosympthy gene mod. This allows them to give everyone around them a boost after they get a kill, this includes kills from overwatch.

I would recommend doing this in an Exalt mission if your later into the game as their operatives are very easy to kill and they don't offer much damage back to your troops. Plus they often attack in substantial numbers compared to the aliens.

The trick to this is to put your soldier at the centre of your squad it doesn't have to be within a tile of each other but obviously keep them all within close proximity and they will all get the boost if done correctly.
