XCOM: Enemy Within + Long War Mod Beta 15f

Bordeaux France is secured, but at a heavy cost. In the face of overwhelming force on two fronts, Scout division Sergeant Drae Graveyard was gunned down in a hail of Muton plasma fire. Her death marks the first KIA of an XCOM operator in several months. This casualty has not gone unanswered, as after digging in against several Mutons and Cyberdiscs, Engineer division Sergeant Piko has successfully captured one of the Mutons using the Arc Thrower, bringing it in alive for containment and eventual interrogation by Dr. Vahlen.

As XCOM mourns the loss of Drae Graveyard, the skies once again darken over North America. Satellites detect a Raider scouting the continent, which offers a chance for XCOM to test its new Interceptor-mounted laser cannons. The first sortie doesn't result in a shoot-down, but it does damage the bogey heavily enough for a quick mop-up with standard avalanche missiles. The Raider crashes in Mexico, giving XCOM an opportunity to secure the crash site and provide some training to its more novice operators.
