Ive seen people having problems with Xenias new update not loading the UI and games, which is because the config file in the local state isnt updated... Use FTP and Filezilla to go into the Local State folder of Xenia and delete the old config .toml file. But also you can try to delete your xenia app and reinstall it if the links are available!
