Xenia now offers an option to disable the integrated v-sync in some games, allowing you to go beyond the 30fps limits, sometimes without even doubling the game speed!
This is the case here, the game can run at a framerate over 30 with apparently no game breaking issues and correct game speed, which could lead to a huge improvement in this game!

The problems I noticed are :
- The framerate seems to somehow be "back to 30fps" in air? Framerate monitoring still gives me a 60fps but it feels like the game is running at a slower framerate during some jumps, and going back to a smooth 60 when on the ground.
- The sound seems to suffer from more slowdowns when running at 60fps compared to 30.
- Player animation seem to still be at 30fps-ish? Not really sure about that, but the character movement don't seem as smooth as the game itself.

Last area shown in this video is the most demanding ones among the ones I tested, I couldn't test a lot of environment since we can't save and the emulator crashes very often on this game.

This is a really great news and could potentially lead to a better playable version of this game.
