It's possible to get over 100 million points in this stage in Conquest Mode. Most of the score comes from the Discovered Fairies secret, then chaining as many Vahrstor parts on your initial flyover it for a 35 chain, and finally grabbing all of the Fairies at 100,000x35 points each. This requires precise bomb placement and release. The Viper Phase 1 bomb is excellent in this regard, and in Conquest Mode scoring in general.
A more difficult chain opportunity is to Quick Shot all 15 striker planes that appear when Vahrstor leaves the screen, then time it so you can start chaining the parts on Vahrstor's right wing, carefully timing the destruction of each part until the large plane appears in front of Vahrstor for a Quick Shot 100,000 point opportunity with a potentially large chain. However, this one is very difficult to pull off. I estimate if I can do this chain, it will add a significant amount of bonus points.
I suicided on purpose to restock on my bombs, and I died against the Vahrstor core fight.
