The worst Driver-Weapon combination in the game is Nia with Shield Hammer. No driver combo, no shield art, and sloooow af animations.
The worst Hammer Shield blade, and by extension the worst blade in the game, is Electra.
Thus, Nia and Electra together form the worst combination possible in the entire game.
Are they able to beat Kurodil still ?

Electra has one niche use : her great spike damage. Just kidding.
Electra has one niche use : her great block rate of 78%. With that, she can guard most attacks even without having access to a shield art or using a Special (though the latter can come in handy). Guard implies the damage received are halved, which is good in conjunction with Electra's 30/25 defenses. It also means she can abuse the Absorb aux core. Against Kurodil, the best element to absorb is Fire due to it spamming Twinbarrel Autocannon. That is a fine way to get healed.

Notable moments :
13:17 Special I so the Guard has 100% chance to work.
13:53 Low HP and Special IV not ready yet so Chain attack is used for safety. Unfortunately, that means I don't have access to Chain attack for the next Murder Ray. That's why I quickly build up the party gauge with Special I spam.
