This is done with little preparations See Description for more details:

Set yourself at Custom Difficulty that is benefit to you no matter what.

First second of the battle she'll initiate ghost factory and spawn 3 decoys. And these decoys will lock your party gauge/chain attack gauge. Taking out the decoys will unlock the gauge

However during the battle she can initiate ghost factory again and it will relock it. To stop her from doing that you must use the blade combo Seal Reinforcement which is a dark combo seal.

Remember your blade setups for this. Dark blades are your best friends in this mission. You can use blade specials but don't change your seals/Full Blade combo or else she can use use ghost factory immediately. Luckily Elma can join for the redux mission and she's a dark blade.

Remember to utilize your chain attack as much as you can once you have the party gauge back and dark elemental burst her.
