Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna - The Golden Country (PART 1)
0It sure has been quite a while since I last touched upon 'Xenoblade Chronicles 2' way back in 2019, but in light of this particular entry in the 'Xenoblade Chronicles' franchise turning half a decade old this year (in addition to 'Xenoblade Chronicles 3' being a thing by this point), I figured now would be a better time than ever to revisit this iconic Switch-exclusive JRPG.
For all I know, trying to record an entire playthrough of any JRPG, let alone 'Xenoblade Chronicles 2', is way too time-consuming for my liking (and goodness knows how much boredom that would induce for the viewers involved), so I opted to record an entire playthrough of this game's story expansion instead (which is just as jam-packed with quality content as the base game despite being substantially shorter). And yes, I've decided to play through this game with Japanese voices turned on (because we all know that there are so many playthrough videos of this game out there already which utilize English voices, and to be frank, I don't want to follow that bandwagon).
Be warned that there will be plenty of detours (and pauses) during this playthrough, but rest assured I've managed to play this game to completion (clocking in at roughly 20 hours, last time I checked).
And so we begin the journey that took place 500 years before the events of the base game...
