Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (v2.0.0) - Glitch in final cutscene *SPOILER*
15*UPDATE* Literally the day after this video was posted, v2.0.1 launched and fixed the glitch.
In the final cutscene of Chapter 10, "The Last Gift," Pyra/Mythra transfer the remainder of their Core Crystal to Rex. What is suppose to happen is Rex reverts back to his standard salvager suit that he wears up until the end of Chapter 7. However, what occurs is he stays in his Master Driver outfit and the X-shaped portion of the Core Crystal remains in his chest in spite of the fact that he's holding the complete Core Crystal. This remains to be the case until the scene in which the party flees Elysium on an escape pod. Upon further research, I've discovered that this can occur on a new game on a fresh profile without the Expansion Pass installed which negates my previous theory that the game is erroneously canceling the trigger for Rex reverting in order to keep an alternate outfit on him. This can be very jarring and confusing to new players and needs to be patched.
