It is FSR upscale of 3240p native image (3x scale in YUZU)
To acheive such quality of image I used following mods:
Used mods:
- 60fps
- Disable DOF
- Emu Scaler Enabler
- Improve Shadows
- Remove Chromatic Aberration
- Remove Motion Blur
- Remove Outlines

YUZU settings:
- 3x scale DOCKED (5760x3240p - upscaled by FSR to 7680*4320)
- FSR (to make image even clearer)
- 16x anisotropic filtering

To make 60fps perform following steps:

1) open mod data location for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 in yuzu emulator and create here folder with name "60fps"
2) inside of "60fps" folder create folder with name "cheats", open folder "cheats"
3) inside folder "cheats" create file with fullname "8E18600222CE90C2.txt"
4) Insert following content in file 8E18600222CE90C2.txt and save file

[60 FPS Gameplay + 30 FPS Cutscene v2.0.0]

5) In properties of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 in yuzu activate "60fps" mode (it will appear after you will close and then open yuzu app)
