10Defeating Oceanic Lucera, located amongst the Anu Shoals island chain, near Seaspray Lookout in the Erythia Sea/Cadensia Region. This will be up some vines near ropes, and will be flying around the island. Not sure how I missed this one before, or didn't take note of it anyways, but found it now!
Drops Moramora materials (Thick Moramora Fin, Moramora Bezoar).
