So it turns out it isn't 100% to Soul Hack. The obvious reason why it can fail is if your only Soulhacker is Triton - he can't learn them for you. The less obvious reason is a Special Art that Noah learns in Chapter 6, Unlimited Sword. While it doesn't cause a 100% failure rate, it can cause you to not learn the Art/Skill. The easiest method is to have another Soulhacker besides Noah, but if it comes down to it you can also just temporarily take off Unlimited Sword so that you can make sure you learn them!
