Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 's title screen can be easily modded.
This video will have you make a custom title screen, you can mod your background and logo

1. Use CPK Browser to on data01.cpk and extract the iggytex file you need (Ex: If you are in the US and speak english, TITLE_US_EN)
2. Use iggytexpack to extract the file you got.
Open the folder with them and edit. Don't forget to use paint. net and save using DTX5
3. Drag the folder back into iggytex pack, then put the file into
DragonBallXenoverse2/data/ui/iggy
