Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 's character select screens can be easily modded.
You can create custom character select screens, you can mod your background and ui.

1.Use CPK Browser to get CMNBG or AVATARMAKERBG from Data1
2. Use embpack to open those files. Don't forget to use paint. net and save using DTX5
If doing the chara select, make it transparent like in the video
3. Drag the folder back into embpack, then put the file into
DragonBallXenoverse2/data/ui/sprite
