Silver Ghost (H&K USP SD) with thread protector cap/S&W Sigma/Ruger P85
Buff Damage
Buff Ammo Capacity (Add 100 Capacity as the Exclusive) i had this mixed up with the Matilda exclusive MY BAD.
Clarify in description with Exclusive that melee attacks get critical multiplier. (Correct amount for each move if there are lots of melee moves)
Punisher (FN Five-seveN)

Make it pierce trough infinite amount of enemies with Exclusive.
Make it able to fully destroy shields in a few shots rather then leaving small holes.
Should deal full damage to armored opponents like on the Island.
(Retain damage multiplier against Las Plagas of all types) and if it was not in the OG game or in PS2/Wii and later versions then add it) when you get the exclusive it should be a 5x damage multiplier to Las Plagas. The damage multiplier by default would start at 2x damage.
Red 9 (Mauser C96)
Nerf Exclusive down to 5.0 from 6.5 if damage values remain the same.
Remove stock but add the same effect via a charm.

Add a Classic effect to the Exclusive or add it via charm giving bonus damage % that stacks the more old weapons you use Red 9/Broken Butterfly/Killer 7/Shotgun/Chicago Typewriter/Rifle (Bolt Action) One from each weapon type counts so Broken Butterfly dont stack with Killer 7. They get the bonus from being in your attache case.
1 weapon gets a certain damage % increase (Example Red 9)
2 weapons gets a certain damage % increase (Example Red 9+ either Broken Butterfly or Killer 7)
3 weapons gets a certain damage % increase (Example Red 9+Broken Butterfly+Shotgun)
4 weapons get a certain damage % increase (Example Red 9+Killer 7+Shotgun+Chicago Typewriter)
5 weapons offer the highest damage % increase (Example Red 9+Killer 7+Shotgun+Chicago Typewriter+Rifle Bolt Action)
As long as each weapon is of a diffrent type the bonuses stack henche why Broken Butterfly dont stack with Killer 7.
Blacktail (Springfield Armory XD)
Make regular Fire Power go up to 3.4 remove the 4.5 Fire Power exclusive and add a capacity Exclusive for 100 Ammo.

Nerf the Excluvise Capacity down to 40.

Rifles
Bolt Action Rifle (Springfield M1903A4)
Maxes out at 30 Fire Power without the Exclusive Exclusive now buffs it to 50 Fire Power
Firing Speed Buffed (Several Upgrades available) normally in OG it starts at 2.73.
I recommend adding Firing Speed upgrades until it reaches 1.83 Firing Speed.
Exclusive also gives it a 1.0 Firing Speed.
Buff Reload Speed trough upgrades until it gets 1.33 Reload Speed.
Buff Capacity trough upgrades until it gets 24 Capacity.
Semi Automatic Rifle (Heckler & Koch SL8)
Add Firing Speed upgrades and make it go from 1.83 Firing Speed to 0.80
Make Fire Power go up to 18.
Slightly improve reload speed
Slightly buff Ammo Capacity up to 36.
New Unique Brings fire Power up to 25 and adds Crit Multiplier applied on headshots.
Magnums
Broken Butterfly (S&W Schofield Model 3), (Colt SAA) Single Action Army
Let it start at 20 Fire Power and make the final Fire Power bring it to 35.
Keep unique at Fire Power 50 however reduce the exclusive cost since its less of a jump.
Normally the jump is from 28 to 50. But now instead 35 to 50.
Firing speed nerfed to 1.0 however it can be upgraded back to 0.70.
Allow reload speed not to be upgraded make it stay at 3.67 reload speed (Normally you could upgrade it to 3.00 and 2.33)
Allow no capacity upgrade but make it start at 8. (Normally starts at 6).
Add a 2nd unique effect in New Game Plus that adds infinite Ammo that cost 300 000 Pesetas.
Killer 7 (Colt M1911- 45 ACP) AMT Hardballer (The Terminator (1984)
Buff its starting damage to 35 Fire Power allow trough 3 upgrades for it to reach 50 Fire Power.
Starting FP 35
1st Upgrade FP 40
2nd Upgrade FP 45
3rd Upgrade FP 50
Make firing speed upgradable in 3 steps.
Starting FS 0.70
1st Upgrade 0.60
2nd Upgrade 0.50
3rd Upgrade 0.40
Slightly Nerf Reload speed so it starts at 2.0 (Normally starts at 1.83) however it will have 3 upgrades that will make it faster then vanilla.
Starting RS 2.0
1st Upgrade 1.5
2nd Upgrade 1.0
3rd Upgrade 0.70
Capacity Buffed Starts at 10 but gets no capacity upgrades.
Gets an exclusive finally make it get Infinite Ammo even on a New Game file including Pro/Nightmare/Inferno difficulty.
