A reminder about the Zapper diamonds:

- Blue Diamonds are the standard shots. They expand their range as they level up. They're the most balance of the three.

- Red Diamonds give the Solvalou homing lasers. They lock on to any nearby target, but even at their max level, they have the lowest damage output.

- Green Diamonds give the Solvalou a green laser. This is the most powerful Zapper, and keeps getting more powerful as you level it up. However, it has the worst range as it only ever goes in a straight line even as you level it up. Not too much different from the Level 1 Blue Diamond shot.

--------------

Now what as I use the Level 3 green laser to tear through Stage 3, which takes palace inside some kind of ancient ruins. You can when you reach two 2-way paths along the way, you can actually affect whether you go left or right by dropping a bomb on the cube buttons that come before the split in the road. This will mainly affect what kind of enemies you encounter, but all paths will still eventually lead to the same boss.

Watch out for those huge, skullfaced-looking ship. They shoot out a rainbow colored sheet that will kill you if you touch it. I call it the Rainbow Sword!

--------------

The boss itself is an orange diamond core that dances around with a bunch of deadly cube. Some will fire pink shots straight out you, while others will shoot lasers straight ahead.

If you're good at dodging, just focus on the core when it's in your shooting range so you can quickly take it down and beat this stage. This will go REALLY fast if you either use the green zapper or the blue zapper up close to it.
