5After you've eaten there enough times there, going to the restaurant again will now activate a side quest in which you must fish for ingredients, a Salmon, a Softshell Turtle and an Eel.
It took some trial and error for this but here is what I recommend doing:
-M Store Sotenbori at the northeast corner of Sotenbori has Bait for sale, both Quality and normal Bait will do, you'll see why
-Elongated silhouettes give either Snakeheads or Eels, youre most likely to find them without casting bait or casting quality bait
-The two attacked circles are actually fishable, these have turtles, I didnt catch it on this video but I'll copy-paste the information on the following one, it took me a while to realize, I assumed they were just reflections.
-Salmon has more chances of appearing with the use of regular bait from my experience.
