It's finally time to meet up with Majima, gotta take a little detour to avoid the cops, but we quickly get to the Millenium Tower where... we're getting a special greeting at 09:04, Minami and a bunch of Majima Family members are here to test us starting out with a few waves of goons, some of them drop healing items, so don't hesitate to use some, even if only to clear inventory space.
After a few waves, Minami himself joins the fray, you should be familiar with his style since you've beaten him as Akiyama, as Saejima, you can pretty much power through and bust him good.

And at 17:22, after our victory, we finally get to meet with the man himself as Majima comes to greet his sworn brother, and both have a private chat... that quickly turns into the only way Yakuza know how to settle things, a shirtless fight at 22:25!
In opposition to Saejima, Majima is a very nimble fighter, and he uses his trademark Demonfire Dagger, so having the Gauntlets equipped, or the Dragon God Defense skill that lets you block knife attacks while in Heat Mode, will greatly help you, especially when he starts spinning around!

And after winning, the two sworn brothers will have a heart-to-heart, as Majima gives some revelations to Saejima, bringing Part 2 of the game to a close...
