You can start this substory by talking to the arguing couple near the West exist of Little Asia, turns out Mr. Lee got took for 2 million yen, which jeopardizes the existence of his restaurant! Tanimura accepts helping by making enough money, and to do that, he learns the existence of the fabled Dragon Palace, a gambler's heaven!
But access to it is not so easily granted, and he has to help out a bit by catching three people who refuse to pay their debts...

Also the Essence of Combos I unlock at the end is so amazing, I definitely wanted that one before proceeding with the plot!
