Playthrough | Part 17: Rescue Daigo from Go-Ryu (End of Chapter 8)

With loose ends taken care of, we meet up with Kaoru.
Kiryu and Kaoru head to the Millennium Tower. The tower was off-limits to the public as a result of the bombing. But since Kaoru's a detective, we're able to get in. We take an elevator to the 50th Floor to where the Florist of Sai resides. He's now with a police uniform and with the many homeless in West Park, they assist in keeping an eye on Kamurocho.
But trouble occurs in the basement levels so Kiryu and Kaoru head down and take care of some mooks. Once they were dealt with, including a former boss from Yakuza Kiwami, they return back to the Florist of Sai. With his help, Kiryu learns where Daigo is located: in the Shangri-La on Taihei Boulevard. That place has since been abandoned after the events of Kiwami aka Majima raised hell on that place.
Kiryu heads for Shangri-La and goes through dealing with a whole bunch of mook buttheads. Many have weapons so be sure to counter with your own if you have any. Take advantage of using items to keep yourself alive. At the top, we find Daigo and a bunch of Go-Ryu mooks. Take them down and that's all there is.
