Yamaha DJX-II Keyboard - Tutorial
114Hello everyone.
In the next 6 videos I will be showing you everything that is on the Yamaha DJX-II keyboard released in 2000.
I have got the Yamaha DJX-II back in Feburary 2007, I have been trying to look for one at around Feburary to March 2006 after getting the DJX/PSR-D1 back in December 2005, but I have had no luck finding one, the last time I've seen it in a shop was when I went into Bonners for the very first time back in 2002, there was a few of them in stock as ex-demo if I remember correctly, and that was the last time I have seen the Yamaha DJX-II in a shop, I still havent to this very day seen one in any other shop such as second hand shops, charity shops etc.
So after trying my hardest to finding a DJX-II and not having any luck, back in mid January 2007, I've had the idea of looking for one on Ebay, and there was quite a few listings of the keyboard, I didn't have an Ebay account myself back then, so I managed to get a friend who was working at Bonners at the time to help get one for me.
On the day the auction ended for the DJX-II, I contacted my friend on the phone and told him how much to bid for it, and thankfully he has won the keyboard for me, it arrived to him over a week later, and I picked it up the following day, I was so happy to have finally get the Yamaha DJX-II, so I now have both of the DJX keyboards, when I took the DJX-II home, I had so much fun playing on it, that I have spent the rest of the day playing on it, and that was all I've done that day after taking it home.
On this video, I'll be doing a Tutorial of the Yamaha DJX-II going through the Functions & Features and showing you how to use the different Functions & Features so you can get to know how to use the DJX-II if you have this keyboard or are thinking of getting yourself one.
