Yamaha SHS-200 Keytar/Sholkey Part 1/2
0Hello everyone.
In the next 2 videos I will be showing you the Yamaha SHS-200 keytar/sholkey released in 1988.
The SHS-200 was released a year after the SHS-10 I have showed previously on my last 2 videos, and is a bigger keytar than the SHS-10.
The SHS-200 has almost twice as many features than on the SHS-10, here is some comparisons between the 2 keytars.
The SHS-200 has 49 mini size keys, the SHS-10 has 32 mini size keys.
The SHS-200 has 2 speakers (stereo), the SHS-10 has 1 speaker (mono).
The SHS-200 has 49 voices & 49 styles , the SHS-10 has 25 voices & 25 styles.
The SHS-200 has 6 chord sequencer buttons to record your chord progressions, the SHS-10 has only 3 buttons, and thats some of the examples and comparisons between the SHS-10 and SHS-200.
This is another keytar that I've wanted to add as part of my collection for quite sometime, I got it a couple of weeks after I got my SHS-10 at the same price I have bought my SHS-10 for, there is some damage underneath the keytar preventing me from putting a strap on it to put it around my shoulder, but everything on it still works regardless.
The 2 videos of the SHS-200 will be in the same structure as the 2 videos of the SHS-10, the first video (this video) will be a tutorial, and showing the 49 voices, and the second video will be showing the 49 accompaniment styles, and built in demonstration song.
