Phenomenal New Restaurant Alert πŸ˜‹πŸ“ Yardbird opened today in RiNo. I was wondering how a fried chicken concept could be nominated for the Best New Restaurant from the James Beard Foundation, won Top 50 New Restaurants from Bon Appetit Magazine and now I know. Their attention to detail was extraordinary! πŸ₯³

Yardbird takes guests on a culinary journey through a menu of unapologetically indulgent dishes and heady bourbon cocktails. This place is gorgeous with a separate bar area and massive patio.

I was invited for a media brunch where we had an insane Bloody Mary Bar and Mimosa Bar. Every bite I was like wtf is going on here. The presentations were very Vegas but the flavors were to die for. The fried chicken is brined for 27 hours and then fried in a Henny Penny fryer that makes it perfectly moist and crispy. They served it with the best watermelon and waffle ever along with house made honey hot sauce and maple bourbon syrup. Do not miss out on their gigantic cinnamon roll! The biscuit and the hash browns were both 10's!
