Yasuo emoting in ult animation
8I love things like this. Little things that set me apart from other people who main their champions.
I have found that, on Yasuo's standard skins, the joke is the best emote to cancel the ult animation with, because if you time it correctly then the part where Yasuo points his blade forward will be the same exact moment in which the enemy is slammed into the ground. It is visually pleasing and it even flows into his autoattack (there is no frameskip before the autoattack, it all flows together.)
For Nightbringer Yasuo, the best emote is the laugh, as his other ones do not have enough degrees of noticeable movement to necessitate this level of flair.
Both Nightbringer Yasuo and his standard skins do have a "stance" when idle that looks very cool while their target is suspended in the air if you cancel EQ into the ultimate. However I enjoy taking it one step further. I suppose for Nightbringer I would occasionally be content with just the menacing stance, and on his other skins I'll usually be doing the joke animation cancel because it looks very cool if you time it properly.
