Ye Olde Games Birthday Edition: Reader Rabbit
It's my birthday today, so I thought I'd upload a small video of what I'm told is the first video game I ever got for my birthday when I was all of four years old. Reader Rabbit.
The game is nothing spectacular, it's just a collection of simple games meant to teach words through picture-word association, and some spelling. It's all three letter words though, so it's nothing to complex for anybody, even a four-year-old.
Being twenty-five years old now, I don't usually play educational games of this level. Or at all, for the most part.* I'm really hoping to get Skyrim for my birthday. Maybe some old RPGs off of GoG too.
* The Oregon Trail is still one of the best games (no matter what version) I've played and I still play it to this day.
