"留人係靠" is what she read from Oka's message before she glanced at my message.
My message started with "boing". boing = boobs = "胸部"
"留人係靠胸部" is what she ended up with, AKA "Keeping viewers depends on boobs"

Regarding the orange subtitles:
Yoi was playing around with the fact that Chinese characters can have different meanings when used alone versus within a term, something that doesn't translate well in English (the best English example I can think of is how the definition of the word "closet" on its own differs from the word "closet" when used in the term "closet otaku").
The phrase Yoi said was 留人靠(胸)部, which translates to "Keeping viewers depends on boobs/breasts" (the character in brackets means breasts).
Yoi was trying to save face by saying she wasn't referring to "胸" as in boobs, but "胸" as in "心胸廣闊", which translates to "open-minded".
Since there's no way for me to link breasts with open-mindedness with English wordplay, I opted to link big breasts to having a big heart, since it fit the rest of the translation pretty well.
