In the Antechamber room you have to defeat the robot dog. When arriving back to Freehaven talk to Sundara, Kai and Captain Cuprum. The latter will tell you to meet in Acorn Woods and it will open the gate to Wooly Mountain for you.
Later Yono is arrested and is brought to the Queen's Dungeons. Defeating the hangman will make Sundara the new queen and Yono will visit the Celestial Elephants.
