Kamek makes his return after his previous defeat, but this time, he and the Toadies are taking every single baby in the world, including the Mario Bros once again, Peach as well. The stork from before saves Peach, but drops Mario. However he was saved once again by a Yoshi. The Yoshis agreed once again to help Mario. With the stork tagging along this time, they begin their next adventure to save Luigi and all the other babies.
