3 Tips For Positivity:
1. Focus on the present and the future- they’re what’s matter most. Avoid worrying about things that have passed, since they’re unchangeable now. Thinking about the past too much can be unhealthy and dangerous, since that’s when we start contemplating and letting our minds wonder off to places they shouldn’t.
2. Make a list (you could just do it mentally) of all the good things you have in your life that you’re grateful for. This will help you realise how lucky you are compared to people with much less.
3. This is the most important one: Talk to people. Talking to people that you trust openly, is one of the best remedies of negativity. This could be a parent, a trusted friend or anyone really- as long as you’re comfortable with talking about your feelings to them :) you could even talk to me in my comment section, and although I won’t personally respond (for several reasons), I’ll definitely acknowledge the comment and lots of my other fans should respond to you and help out- however, I still recommend you talk to someone closer to you, since the internet is a big place, and you never know who you can really trust- even if you claim they’re an online friend.
