You missed THIS in The Dark Knight. The Joker actually has a codename that can only be discovered in a very specific way. During the bank robbery scene, the Joker’s henchmen are referred to by codenames, most of which come from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves like Happy, Dopey, and Grumpy. But the Joker has a codename taken from a very famous clown. If you turn on closed captions, you can see that The Joker’s name, while he’s disguised as one of his own thugs, is actually Bozo.
