Tod makes a hand gesture of being hanged which is what happens to him in the shower. Billy stares out the window watching the plane take off and the reflection cuts right across his face. His head will later be cut in half by a piece of metal thrown by a passing train. After the plane explodes, a picture of a bus can be seen behind Terry that she doesn’t notice. She also doesn’t notice the bus that slams into her later in the film.
