You want to Helicopter over Nevada Desert, Grand Canyon & Las Vegas
228Helicopter ride from Las Vegas flying through the desert, over the Hoover dam and to the Grand Canyon... well, almost...
On my recent trip to CES (big thanks, again, to Sony for flying me there) we were treated to a Helicopter flight over the Nevada desert, the PLAN was to head to the Grand Canyon.
Sadly some aggressive weather forming in our flight path turned us back before the gaping yaw of the mighty Canyons were ever in our sight... so after a brief stop on the desert floor for refuel the whirly-birds we headed back to catch las vegas as the sunset.
So seeing the Grand Canyon remains untouched on my bucket-list... but the dam and the Nevada desert were still very pretty things to see from the air.
