Waterproof, dust-proof, weighs barely anything, It's got a a f/2.5 lens with 160-degree field of view a back-illuminated sensor, can record 1080p at 60fps, 720p at 120fps and 640p at 240fps for slo-mo fun and has built in Wi-Fi for connectivity to a phone/tablet device and can even stream HD video live on Ustream.
