If you are facing the "your device isn't compatible with this version" error on BlueStacks while installing any other app from Google play store, follow the steps mentioned below and see if this helps:
To fix this problem, download and install the Bluestacks latest version.

If you are still getting the same problem, kindly download the apk file of respective app from any 3rd party website. Once the apk is downloaded, you can install the same by double click the apk file. Or, you can refer this tutorial to know how to install an apk file on Bluestacks.
