Your First Fortress: A Dwarf Fortress Crash Course
Hello and welcome to Dwarf Fortress! Often touted as being the "Hardest game ever" or some such nonsense, Dwarf Fortress can seem like a daunting mountain to climb! But today my friend, I will try my best to guide you through some of the lowest foothills and set you on the path to playing this great simulation like a pro!
NOTE: Want to install DF without fiddling with .ini files? There's a handy download here- http://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=14297
(It was put together by Thekooleagle. What a pro, huh?)
