It definitely does though. I had this happen when I tried the free weekend of Hunt: Showdown it wouldn't work, and now when I try Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, it's the same thing. I'm wondering if it's a problem with the drivers I've got installed, and if using an older set will fix it. I'll try later.

Using Nvidia Display Driver 398.36 instead of Nvidia Display Driver 398.82 fixed it.
