This will be my last video on Youtube concerning the 2 steps verification topic. I just wanted to clarify few things about my first videos.

Technically, this "security measures" 2 steps verification obligation and last minute notice applies to only Creators who are part of the Youtube Partner Program ( or have pre-qualify for Youtube Partner Program ).

Otherwise, if you "haven't" applied for Youtube Partner Program, this measures steps are NOT relevant to you.

I did not know about this since no email was sent to anyone back in august 23rd. Only a tiny message on Twitter was published and that's it. But only few people knew about it...

So my question is, why is such a major changes being "hidden" like this to the entire community?
