Important: 👉Starting August 13, 2025, YouTube will begin implementing an age verification model that will determine whether users in the 🚩US are 18 years of age or older. This will occur regardless of the birth date you provided when creating your account. We will subsequently use this model to expand age-appropriate product and protection options to more teens (for example, by enabling digital wellbeing tools and showing only non-personalized ads).
