Announced Changes to the YouTube Partner Program - 2018 !

Youtube has announced changes to the YouTube Partner Program in 2018 january.
To Enable YouTube Monetization or adsense approval for the youtube videos there should be minimum 4000+ watch time hours and 1000+ Subscribers within last 12 months !!
