-Download that file
-Go in to your sd card on your pc and make a folder name "wad".
-Drag the file you downloaded (.wad file) in to the folder you created named "wad"
-take out your sd card from your pc
-put it in your wii
-start your wii
-go to your wad manager on the wii channel
-it will ask you to install some files
-INSTALL THEM!

-some where down the line you'll get prompted to restart your wii, when you do youll see a new channel called backup channel gamma 3.0.
-use that channel now to play what ever games you had trouble playing before.
