Recently, I received an email from someone claiming to represent a VPN company called Wireshield VPN. They offered money for a short 1-minute video integration. Sounds legit, right? Wrong.
After digging into it, here’s what I found:
❌ The website is brand new, registered just months ago.
❌ The ownership is completely hidden—no company name, no address, nothing.
❌ The site is filled with copy-pasted content from other VPN providers. In fact, some pages even mention the wrong company.
❌ They have no online presence, no reviews, and no coverage from reputable tech sources.
❌ Many creators have reported getting the exact same email, usually with crypto payment offers and no proof of legitimacy.
All signs point to this being a scam campaign targeting small and mid-sized creators. Do not promote this VPN. Do not download anything. Do not trust it.
🚨 What Should You Do?
If you’ve received a similar email from "Michael Barnett," "Brad Lawrence," or anyone from Wireshield VPN:
✅ Ignore it.
✅ Block the sender.
✅ Report the email as phishing or spam.
✅ Share this video to warn other creators.
