YouTube has begun testing a new user interface for the site! We'll take a look at YouTube's potential new interface in 2014 and give you an overview, tour and highlight my favorite new features in the new interface of YouTube. This has not been officially released yet, it's only a experimental new interface.

I personally activated the new interface on Chrome using the method shown above and it worked for me. I cannot vouch for Mozilla or IE.
