Youtube Partnership Program (YPP) was very recently changed to accommodate to the decreased volume of adverts and help reduce channels that are created for monetizing spam, stolen or offensive videos. These new changes are welcomed by me, as I see the amount of money small YouTubers (under requirements) would make to be so small that it makes sense to have a 'vetting' procedure such as this. I also believe Susan Wojiciki is at fault for the continuing decline of the platform recently due to numerous errors, unfavourable acts and terrible handling of recent 'ad-pocalypse-type' events.
