It's a game where you play this little green square running around collecting gems to open the exit at the end of the level. Precision platforming, very much like super meat boy minus the sprint ability plus a double-jump ability. The game's real draw (no pun intended) is the various art styles that each set of levels take place in. It's a celebration of the art styles that made the hardware they run on feel unique. Unlike today's consoles which are more or less the same, the SNES looked different to an Amiga - an Atari looked different from a Spectrum - this is almost RAM and CPU's dream game. It's predating all these big chest-beating console specs and working with what limited hardware they had to make something feel different from the competition. It's lovely. AND INSANELY DIFFICULT.
