[Ys: Memories of Celceta] Foria-Daros (Adol Solo/Nightmare/No Damage)

Time to face the superboss of Celceta!
Foria-Daros is the strongest enemy you can encounter in Celceta, sporting the third highest HP stat in the game at 34.800 and the highest STR, by far, at 1148. Needless to say, it will be a long fight in which any mistake can leave your characters in critical HP or outright OHKO them.
Foria-Daros' moveset consists of 6 different attacks:
- At close range, Foria-Daros will spin to hit you with its tail.
- Foria-Daros hops around, up to 3 times, and creates small shockwaves when landing.
- Same as above but a flower will appear in Foria's position, which will be struck by lightning after a short time. Its animation for jumping is slightly different compared to the previous move, as Foria takes a bit longer to perform the first jump.
- Foria-Daros will charge up energy and release a BLUE lightning that spreads in front of it.
- Foria-Daros will charge up energy and release a PURPLE lightning in a straight line, creating several shockwaves in its path.
- Foria-Daros jumps very high and, upon landing, it will create a big shockwave and shoot several rock projectiles that track your position.
Something to keep in mind is that it's possible to bait Foria-Daros into using certain attacks depending on your distance, for example, being as close as possible or behind it will bait the tail spin most of the time. By abusing this behavior, it's feasible to loop Foria-Daros!
While it would make the fight easier, it would also be the more boring approach, so I retreat on purpose a few times to try to force different attacks.
A troublesome aspect of this fight is the area where you fight Foria-Daros. Ideally, you want to keep the deer in the more open space but since it hops around so much, there's a chance it goes down the corridor that leads to this area. Since there's not much space to maneuver and there are some weak enemies around, things can go downhill fast. By standing directly in front of it, you can try to force Foria into retreating with a jump but it's not guaranteed to work.
As for my Skills, Sonic Slide is easily the MVP. It may not be particularly strong but it offers insane mobility for very little SP cost, especially since so many attacks from Foria-Daros can push you away. On the other hand, Aura Fencer may have a lenghty start-up but makes up for it by being one of the strongest, if not the strongest, Skills Adol has access to. Stun Raid is a decently powerful multi-hit, although I don't think it's possible to stun Foria-Daros (or inflict any status ailment, for that matter). And finally, Gale Stinger is kinda a filler slot tbh, I mostly used it for an extra hit or two after the blue/purple lightning attacks but the deer barely used them in this attempt.
